Refund Policy

At RIS3 Athletic Academy, we strive to provide high-quality basketball training experiences, and we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have outlined our refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Cancellations by RIS3 Athletic Academy:
    • If RIS3 Athletic Academy cancels a session or program, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  2. Participant-Initiated Refund Requests:
    • Refunds will only be considered for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
  3. No-Shows:
    • Refunds will not be issued for participants who do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at info@ris3academy.org with the following details:

  • Participant’s full name
  • Date and time of the session
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Contact information

Refund requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

Additional Information

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
  • Credit for future sessions may be offered in place of a refund at the discretion of RIS3 Athletic Academy.
  • Special considerations may be made for emergencies or extenuating circumstances, but documentation may be required.
